These pages are from a book I wrote and published in 1991. I sold thousands of copies and forgot about it until I found a copy in my loft. Copies turn up from time to time on ebay and mentions occur on line though it is hard to google as the other Stephen King, he of the books no less, is also a fine bass player himself.
